As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification including a link enabling you to track its progress. 

We deliver to mainland France and to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania, Guyane FR, Martinique, Réunion, St Pierre et Miquelon, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Polynesia FR, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna.

Your products will be delivered to the address indicated, within a maximum of 5 working days in metropolitan France and 9 working days for Europe. Except in special cases (package too heavy, or quantity of products too large) or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered at once.

If you would like a quick response, we recommend that you visit the "Need help" page on our website. If you have contacted us via e-mail or the contact form on our site, please allow 48 to 72 hours. Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.

2. Payment

You can pay for your order via PayPal, Apple Pay, or by credit card, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

If, for any reason, you are unable to finalize your order, please contact us by e-mail: [email protected], we'll be happy to help you.

3. Delivery & Returns

We deliver to mainland France and the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania, Guyane FR, Martinique, Réunion, St Pierre et Miquelon, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Polynesia FR, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna.

Your products will be delivered to the address indicated, within a maximum of 5 working days in metropolitan France and 9 working days for Europe. Except in special cases (package too heavy, or quantity of products too large) or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered at once.

In France, home delivery costs €5.99 and is free for orders over €45. Delivery to a relay point or post office costs €4.99 and is free for orders over €40. For international orders, home delivery is offered at variable rates depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.

For parcel delivery, we have selected our partner Colissimo - La Poste.

Once your delivery address has been transmitted via your order, it is definitive.

Sometimes the parcel has been received by a janitor or neighbor, or the delivery status has been updated too early. However, if after checking, you still think your parcel has been mislaid, please write to us at [email protected]. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution!

If the address you have provided is incomplete, if the parcel has been damaged in transit, or if it has not been delivered to you, it may be returned to us. In this case, write to us at [email protected], specifying your order number: our teams will get back to you as soon as possible!

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. For all returns, please contact us at [email protected] mentioning your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, refunds will only be made if products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the purchaser.

Unfortunately, some products may be damaged in transit. If this is the case, please send a message to our customer service department with photos to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Products

All our products are made in France, with the exception of the Aleppo Soap.

In compliance with regulations and since the creation of our brand Le Petit Olivier, none of our products are tested on animals.

We prefer ingredients of natural origin and use no animal products in our products, with the exception of beeswax and honey. 

Our products are formulated according to an exacting formulation charter, which you can view in full transparency on a dedicated page on our website. Our products contain a high percentage of ingredients of natural origin.

You can find the rating of our products on the applications. For greater convenience, you can consult the Yuka rating of our products directly on the product sheet.

Le Petit Olivier does not yet have its own stores. However, you can find our products at our official retailers, including almost all supermarkets in France. If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us.

We recommend that you use our body, face or hair diagnostics to find the product best suited to your needs. However, if you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact our teams.

5. Customer account

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification including a link enabling you to track its progress. 

If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgotten password" when logging in to your account, then enter your email address. A reset link will then be emailed to you. Once you've received the email, click on it to proceed with changing your password.

Log in to your account by clicking on "My account" and entering your e-mail address and password. Click on "My information" and change your contact details.
