LE MOULIN DE CANTE PERDRIX, DOMAINE DU PETIT OLIVIER
Since 2009, our Group, La Phocéenne de Cosmétique, has had its own olive oil mill and a grove of 1,500 olive trees in the hills above Saint-Bonnet du Gard.
The oil produced is used in many of our cosmetic formulas, complemented by a rigorous selection of the best Mediterranean oils.
Since 2014, with a view to continuous improvement, the entire Moulin de Cante Perdrix farm has gone organic, including 5 hectares of olive trees!
WORKING TOGETHER TO CREATE BETTER
Working hand in hand with the Moulin de Cante Perdrix, Le Petit Olivier is developing new circular economy projects for the years to come. In particular, we are working on the valorization of margine and grignon, the natural by-products of the Moulin's olive processing, for use in our cosmetics.
At the Moulin de Cante Perdrix, olives are harvested in the traditional way: by hand. The absence of mechanical tools allows us to harvest high-quality, undamaged fruit.
