Our certified organic olive water is a co-product obtained during the extraction of olive oil from the water naturally contained in the fruit.
The olive grove is located in the middle of the Alpilles massif, in the mythical Vallée des Baux de Provence, in France. It is surrounded by foothills where olive trees are grown on hillsides.
